5. Project Confirmation

A project shall be considered confirmed only after:

Written approval or Purchase Order (PO).
Receipt of the agreed advance payment, where applicable.
Final confirmation of technical specifications and project scope.

PCS HVAC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if required information or approvals are not received.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Ensure timely site access for our team.
Obtain any necessary permissions and approvals.
Provide electricity, water, and required site facilities during installation where applicable.
Make payments according to agreed payment schedules.

Delays caused by the client may result in revised project timelines.

7. Payment Terms

Advance payment may be required before commencement of work.
Remaining payments shall be made according to agreed milestones.
Delayed payments may result in suspension of work until outstanding dues are cleared.
Ownership of supplied materials remains with PCS HVAC until full payment has been received.

8. Project Timelines

Estimated completion dates are based on current project conditions and may change due to:

Client-requested modifications
Material shortages
Government regulations
Force majeure events
Site readiness delays
Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

9. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied equipment wherever applicable.
Workmanship warranty shall be provided as specified in the quotation or project agreement.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, accidents, electrical fluctuations, natural disasters, or improper maintenance.

10. Maintenance

Regular maintenance is essential for the efficient performance of HVAC systems. Failure to perform recommended maintenance may void applicable warranties. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are available separately.
